How Do I Get Support?

Datafest provides support for registered users of its products.  Support reps are available during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Mountain Time.  You may obtain support in any of the following ways:

What Training is Available?

Datafest offers training for its products.  You have several options for training, including:

On Site Training
We offer on-site training. We’ll send a trainer to your offices for 2-4 days (typical) and conduct training classes on topics suited to your staff.
$900/day plus travel expenses

Online Training
We offer online training on a variety of topics. Online can include multiple participants or just one on one with a trainer.
First two-hours per year: Included in Support – Additional training: $125/hour

Online Tutorials
Datafest offers a number of online tutorials available on its support site.
