Here at Datafest we recently implemented a new help desk software to aid us in providing you the best support that we can. This help desk software will automatically convert any support requests into tickets and help us stay organized and provide quick and helpful responses to our customers.

So what does this mean for you?

Our goal is to provide you with high quality and prompt responses to any support issues or questions that you may have. But don’t worry, you won’t have to adapt to any new changes.

Support requests can still be submitted by emailing us at support@datafest.com or calling us at 801-261-4608 Ext. 3. You can also submit tickets here on the blog by going to the Submit a Support Ticket page, which can be accessed through the menu.
