E-Invoicing

E-Invoicing allows you to send an electronic invoice and tear sheet to your customers. The advantage of E-Invoicing is that the invoice will get to your customer more quickly and directly than by the postal service.  E-Invoicing also allows you to track who has received and opened their invoices and, more importantly, who didn’t receive or open their invoices.  Gone are the days of paying for postage, licking and sending the envelopes, and waiting for your check to come in the mail.


AdRep Online

AdRep is a dedicated CRM portal designed around the needs of sales staff. Recently re-designed, AdRep has several features that are not yet available in AdSystem to boost its CRM capabilities. AdRep can be accessed via a web browser on any device, making it perfect for on-the-go use.


AdPortal

AdPortal is a website branded with your company name and logo where your customers can upload ad materials. AdPortal greatly simplifies and eases the collecting, processing, and organizing of ads.  After you send an email to your customer requesting the ad materials, the rest of the process is fully automated.  Once the customer uploads the ad materials to the AdPortal website, they are automatically transferred to AdSystem and the production milestones in the ad are updated accordingly.


Automated Reporting

Automated reporting allows you to receive reports directly to your inbox without needing to log into AdSystem. This is a handy time-saving feature that helps you stay up to date.


Payment Portal

The payment portal is an addition to E-Invoicing that allows an easy way for your customers to pay you. It is a secure website where your customers can enter their credit card information to pay you. All transactions will be shown in AdSystem.


MailChimp Integration

MailChimp is a leading e-commerce application that makes it easy to email your customers and prospects.  It is an excellent way to create and send emails from scratch or templates, as well as monitor the results.  AdSystem has the ability to sync groups to MailChimp, making it easy to quickly send clean, professional emails to your customers and prospects.
