The New AdSystem is Here!
After over five years of development and testing, AdSystem Version 8 is finally here. This all-new version of AdSystem builds upon 38 years of AdSystem history, adding new features to a powerful base, all wrapped up in a completely new browser-based interface. We think this new AdSystem is the best AdSystem yet!

Online Signing of Contracts & Proposals
AdSystem 8 includes a new online signing portal, which allows you to send contracts and proposals to your customers with a link for online signing. You no longer need to pay for an expensive third-party signing portal.
Dashboard:
The dashboard is a new feature in AdSystem. Designed to notify you of opportunities, warn you of problems, simplify workflows, and increase your sales, this is the ultimate addition to AdSystem’s CRM suite. The dashboard is composed of customizable widgets that show your progress for the day, your calendar, key performance indicators, and other actionable information.
Graphical Email Support
A highly requested feature, AdSystem 8 offers graphical email support, including personalized email signatures.
E-Invoices and E-Statements
Prior versions of AdSystem have provided e-invoices, which are emailed invoices that can be tracked, providing feedback on invoices that are viewed / clicked. This new AdSystem makes it even easier to email and track invoices, and we’ve added the ability to send e-statements as well. You can receive automatic notifications about invoices the have not been viewed, so you don’t need to worry about missed billings.
Online Payment Portal
There’s no faster way to get paid than using AdSystem’s online Payment Portal. Your customers can just click a link on their invoice to go to your personalized online payment portal and pay invoices. AdSystem’s payment portal is part of the Credit Card Module, which works with all major credit card processors.
Notifications
AdSystem now allows you to set up automatic notifications about important things that may require your attention. Each notification that you received includes a link to allow you to act upon the notification.
The next generation of AdSystem includes many features beyond what we have space to detail here including improved issue pacing metrics, overhauled issue management, improved reporting, and more.

Q: When can we upgrade to AdSystem 8?
A: Whenever you are ready! AdSystem 8 is generally available, however certain features, such as the Classified Ad Module are not yet ready. Contact our support staff for more details.
Q: Can we try it out before we upgrade?
A: Yes! We can set up a “sandbox” environment for you containing a snapshot of your current AdSystem database. This will allow you and your staff to try it out before making the switch.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: For existing AdSystem Online customers AdSystem 8 is a free upgrade. Self-hosted customers can upgrade by moving to an AdSystem Online subscription.
Q: Will it work on Mac?
A: Yes. The AdSystem 8 is accessible through any internet browser, including Chrome, Safari, and Edge. This means it will be accessible on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Q: Will we be forced to upgrade if we are happy with our current version?
A: No. The choice is yours whether you want to upgrade to AdSystem 8 when we release it. We will keep supporting the existing version of AdSystem Online for the foreseeable future.
Q: During the upgrade, will our data be transferred to AdSystem 8?
A: Yes. We can move all of your AdSystem data into the new version.
Q: Will AdSystem 8 do everything my existing AdSystem does?
A: Even though the user experience will change, the key features that we’ve developed over many years in AdSystem will be carried forward. This means that despite being more capable than ever, AdSystem will also be more user-friendly and easier to use.
