AdSystem Online Update – April 2016

AdSystem™ Online was recently updated to the latest version. The update includes numerous minor changes and the following enhancements:

• A new, faster Internet connection was installed at our AdSystem Online data center.  The new connection is over twice as fast as the old one and will provide our expanding customer base with improved performance.

Installment Billing Enhancements, including:

• Color coded installment contracts and icon on Contract Grid showing installment status. If an installment is contract is in balance, a green check will appear on the contract grid. If the installment contract is out of balance, the icon will show a red cross, making it easier to identify installment problems.

• Enhanced Installments Window. The new Installments window offers better control over building installment schedules.  A new Regenerate button allows you to force a recalculation of the schedule, and you can manually add / delete installments using the new icons that appear over the grid.  A color-coded balance shows quickly whether or not the contract is in balance. It is easier to identify installment problems.
• Installment Problems AutoReport.  A new AutoReport is available that shows installment contracts that are out of balance.  This AutoReport can be emailed automatically whenever you like — daily, weekly or monthly.
