Payment Portal Released

Announcing AdSystem Online’s new Payment Portal, which is available immediately.

AdSystem has long had the ability to send invoices by email to customers, known as E-Invoicing.  However, with the addition of the Payment Portal the whole process of getting paid is even faster.  The Payment Portal provides a secure website where your customers can go to pay  invoices by credit card.  E-Invoices can include a link to a secure website branded with your company’s logo and title.  All that the customer has to do is enter in their credit card information and the money will be deposited in your bank account.  Gone are the days of you wasting time and effort mailing invoices to your customers, and your customers mailing checks back to you.  Now the whole process can be completed within minutes, saving time and hassle.

Here’s a more detailed description of how it works:

1. You email an invoice to your customer using AdSystem’s E-Billing feature.  Included on the invoice is a link to pay online.
2. The customer clicks on the link and their browser is directed to a secure website where they can submit a credit card number to pay the invoice.
3. A confirmation email is sent to the customer and also to your accounting staff showing the credit card payment.
4. You process the credit card payment using AdSystem’s Credit Card module.
5. And, voila! The money is simply and easily deposited in your company’s bank account.

The Payment Portal is part of the Credit Card Module.  There is no extra charge for using the Payment Portal as long as you are already an AdSystem Online subscriber and have licensed the Credit Card Module.
