A New AdSystem is Coming…

We’ve been hard at work for many months on a totally new AdSystem and we are excited to share some details with you. We’re not ready to release it yet — it won’t be ready until sometime in 2022 — but we want to share a sneak preview with you while you wait. What’s New?

This is a ground-up rebuild of AdSystem. Doing this has given us the opportunity to expand upon the base of features and functionality that our customers love and to implement lots of “wish list” items that can only be done during a major upgrade.

• Completely browser-based, this version will be accessible from any internet-connected device and have easier, faster logins.
• AdSystem will have a reimagined CRM experience focused on making your sales staff more productive. Active CRM features will help your sales force to remain engaged with customers, pursue opportunities, and to track performance through meaningful metrics, dashboards and key performance indicators.
• The user interface has been completely updated and modernized, making it easier to access and update key information.
• Expanded integration with other cloud-based platforms such as Office 365, Google, Amazon and all major credit card processors.

There’s quite a bit more that we’ve done to make this the best AdSystem ever. Stay tuned as we provide regular updates over the coming months in preparation for the new AdSystem in 2022.

Q: When can we upgrade to the new AdSystem?
A: Sometime in 2022. We don’t have an exact release date yet, so stay tuned for more information. We’ll be providing regular updates until we are ready to release it.

Q: How much will it cost?
A: For existing AdSystem Online customers the new AdSystem will be a free upgrade. Self-hosted customers can upgrade by moving to an AdSystem Online subscription.

Q: Will it work on Mac?
A: Absolutely. The new AdSystem will be accessible through any internet browser, including Chrome, Safari, and Edge. This means it will be accessible on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Q: Will we be forced to upgrade if we are happy with our current version?
A: No. The choice is yours whether you want to upgrade to the new AdSystem when we release it. We will keep supporting the existing version of AdSystem Online for the foreseeable future.

Q: During the upgrade, will our data be transferred to the new AdSystem?
A: Yes. We can move all of your AdSystem data into the new version.

Q: Will the new AdSystem do everything my existing AdSystem does?
A: Yes, and much more. Even though the user experience changes, all of the key features that we’ve developed over many years in AdSystem have been carried forward. This means that despite being more capable than ever, AdSystem will also be more user-friendly and easier to use.
